Horizontal Reflow System (Compressed-Air less)

Horizontal Reflow System is designed to provide a seamless, single-step process for tacking polymers onto catheter shafts. It is designed to accurately and efficiently tack various polymers directly onto catheter shafts. This fully automated system allows users to preload all polymers onto the catheter once, and then the machine will fuse all the polymers joints automatically.

  • Unique UI with 10" High resolution touchscreen for ease of use

  • Programable parameters such as  temperature (F), air flow rate (L/MIN), reflow length (cm) and reflow speed (mm/sec) and dwell time (sec)

  • "Quick Temperature Adjustment" button on the home screen, incorporating a defined tolerance range for the adjustment process

  • System allows unlimited recipes to store various products/projects 

  • Program up to 10 polymer jackets

  • Moving guides to center the device during tacking process to eliminate misalignment

  • Motorized clamps to secure distal and proximal end of catheters

  • Using a laser pointer to accurately position the distal end of the catheter at the center of the nozzle
